Workshop themes are being finalised. Each workshop is scheduled to last 45 minutes including Q&A.

DiG Publishing 2017 will take place from 28 September to 1 October in Lisbon. It will gather 200 decision makers by invitation: 

  • 120+ senior executives of leading European publishers (news medias & vertical websites with large audience)

  • 20 leading technology suppliers with solutions for increasing audiences and revenue streams

DIG guests are Publishers selected based on their projects. Guests at DiG Publishing are decision makers, experts in the sector and are typically CEO, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Data Officer, Head of video, Head of platforms, ...

DIG Publishing has limited space to attend it as this event is designed around the small group concept. In order to attend, publishers must be pre-qualified upon specific criteria.

All attendees are fully hosted and are committed to participate in full throughout the event, including expert workshops, pre-scheduled 1-to-1 meetings, roundtables and all networking events.

All potential publishers are invited to apply to participate via a questionnaire.

Once guest attendance has been approved, the organizer takes care of the cost of everything. The pass includes: 

  • Full access to the event: expert workshops, One-to-One meetings, and plenary sessions
  • Transportation by plane (or train). The organizer will refund a maximum of 250 euros per guest (proof required)
  • Shuttle transfer from/to Lisbon Airport will be provided at certain times of day
  • Complete accommodation in a five-star hotel for three nights (September 28, 29 and 30)
  • All meals & breakfasts

As the event has a strictly limited capacity, we need to qualify each attendee carefully and determine if DiG Publishing is relevant for you.

They have innovative technologies for publishers concerning Engagement, Analytics, Streaming/live streaming, Video editing, (Micro) payment, Visual search, Email Monetization, Mobile advertising, Ad Recovery, Native advertising, Blockchain content, Retargeting, Gamification, VR advertising... 

Some startups have been hosted by media incubators/accelerators such as Axel Springer Plug&play Accelerator, BBC Worldwide Labs, ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator, Next Media Accelerator, TF1, Ouest France, Dutch journalism fund and Media Lab Bavaria.
